This 10 hour course demonstrates the role and responsibilities of a construction site foreman/supervisor. This is accomplished by studying the role and responsibilities of the construction site manager and identifying those duties which are delegated to the construction site supervisor. This course will also enable assistant managers to correctly utilise their site supervisors and by demonstrating and explaining a construction site H&S management system, it teaches how to equip, establish, implement and maintain systems for managing and supervising health, safety and welfare on site etc. Valuable online learning for those preparing for SMSTS level.
