The aim of this 10 hour course is to help those studying and to refresh practicing Managers or Assistant Managers of Construction of their legal and moral responsibilities to manage construction H&S to current legislation. We achieve this by bringing understanding of the role and responsibility of a construction site Manager with regards to construction management and the management of H&S on a construction site. We inform with the use of mentoring H&S management system site exampled narrative texts and pod casts. We highlight and bring to the fore the site manager's role and responsibility from within the construction H&S management system to equip, establish, implement and maintain systems for the management of health, safety and welfare on site. Valuable online learning for those preparing for SMSTS level.
